The title of my project is "Whose rockets are these?". The action refers to the accident that took place on November 15 2022 in Poland. Then two stray rockets exploded, killing two people. The discussions and inquiries that followed in the media did not change the course of the war and, in my opinion, had no significance for the families of the victims.
I sewed an anti-aircraft missile system with dimensions exceeding the height of an adult person. I placed some objects in Narva during an artistic residency at the turn of July and August 2023. This is how I decided to defend the border town with Russian. This action is intended to expose the absurdity of every war and to show fatigue with the situation and media considerations that do not bring anything new. In my work, I leave strategic and military topics to those who consider themselves experts in these matters. Being the daughter of a military man, I grew up close to units and close to the training ground atmosphere. I lived in Gołdap near the Kaliningrad District. I know the smell of gun grease. This is my answer to men's fantasies of armaments is a colorful patchwork, from which I sewed my own anti-aircraft system.
